5TH PENANG INTERNATIONAL PROPERTY EXPO 2010 Well Supported by Exhibitors
PIP Creation Sdn Bhd is pleased to announce the 5th Penang International Property Expo 2010 (PIP2010) will be organized at PISA from 19th to 21st March 2010. As in the past 4 editions, we will be featuring the premier property developers in Penang & beyond to earnest buyers from Penang & the neighbouring regions.
The expo is the leading property expo in the northern region of Malaysia and is endorsed by the Penang State Housing Committee, chaired by YB Wong Hon Wai. Among the highlights of this year’s event would be the Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H) National Dialogue, MIEA Penang Property Conference, Property Auction and Discover Penang Property Program initiated by our event partners.
When met earlier, PIP 2010 Event Director Mr Ong Ban Seang was elated to announce that the response from exhibitors, primarily premier property developers, had been overwhelming. He said “Even before our official marketing launch by YB Wong Hon Wai on 28th January 2010, we have already gotten confirmations from the major players in the property industry.”
Ong went on to name Ivory Properties, MTT Properties, Sunway, PDC Properties, SP Setia, & Mah Sing Group as some of the major developers who had confirmed their participation in PIP 2010, taking up the main booths at the Expo. In addition, many other property developers & services providers had signed up for the smaller booths as well.
He went on to invite all developers & service providers who were interested to participate in the Expo to urgently contact Mr Jon Roy Fletcher (Marketing) at 016-2029030. Ong said, “As of this week, we have managed to sell out approximately 60% of the booths available at PIP2010, even before the marketing kit is officially launched.”
Ong also revealed several Event Partners who had confirmed their support for PIP 2010. He said, “To date we have confirmed Fullhouse Media as our Official Website, PenangFON as our Official Broadband Provider & Eastin Hotel as our Official Hotel. More Event Partners will be announced in the coming weeks.”.
